next-generation platform that integrates AI, marketplace intelligence, and a broker Data
driven service to redefine the business buy & sell experience.

[Position Summary]
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven the leaser of Business Development
(National/ International Sales Leader) to lead revenue growth, sales strategy, and
strategic partnerships. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market
footprint, monetizing our platform offerings, and driving high-level relationships with
business intermediaries, advertisers, and financial service providers. The ideal
candidate brings proven leadership in enterprise sales, advertising monetization, and
corporate business development, with a strong understanding of real estate, escrow,
and financial services related to M&A transactions. Main customer: Business Broker
Company, M&A Advisors.

[Key Responsibilities]
● Scale-up and execute BizBen.com’s national and regional revenue strategy
across business brokerages, franchise networks, and direct advertisers(Business
broker, SBA Banks, Law office, CPA Office… related business transaction service)
● Lead and scale a performance-driven sales team across multiple verticals:
advertising sales, subscription partnerships, and enterprise packages
● Build and maintain high-value relationships with business brokers, M&A advisors,
SBA lenders, escrow firms, and marketplace affiliates
● Partner with product and marketing teams to align customer acquisition
strategies with platform enhancements and brand messaging
● Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting
● Establish KPIs, sales processes, and CRM optimization to increase sales
efficiency
● Represent BizBen at industry conferences, broker associations (e.g. CABB, IBBA),
and strategic partner meetings
● Provide executive leadership as part of the senior management team, reporting
directly to the CEO

[Qualifications]
● Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
● Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or
corporate partnerships
● Proven track record in revenue leadership within online marketplaces, SaaS
platforms, real estate or financial services
● Strong background in advertising sales, subscription monetization, or digital
platform strategy
● Working knowledge of escrow, commercial transactions, or M&A advisory
processes is highly desirable
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead in a dynamic, founder-led
environment
● Located in or willing to relocate to Sunnyvale, CA (In-person role)
