Hello!
I am an English teacher offering my services to anybody who is looking to improve their conversational English or study skills.
My education background primarily focuses on college-level reading and writing. I taught First Year Composition at San Francisco State University last fall. However, I have also been working closely with middle school and high school students for the past year. My area of expertise includes:
Response to Literature/Literature analysis
Rhetorical analysis
Narrative, Persuasive writing
AP English Language & Literature
SAT Critical Reading and Writing
ACT English, Critical Reading, and Writing
College level reading and writing

About me:
Other than a brief stay in Korea from 1997-2002, I have spent most of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area. I attended middle school and high school in Pleasanton. I graduated from CSU East Bay in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in English. I am currently working on my final portfolio for my Master's degree in English Composition at San Francisco State University.
