Kirov Summer Ballet Intensive
Guest teachers are brought in to teach classes in ballet, contemporary, modern, and jazz. A short performance is given on the final day of class.
Program 1 for Advanced / Pre- Professional Students JULY 6 – JULY 17, 2015
This two week program dedicated to advanced/pre-professional students is designed to explore the demands of a professional career. The curriculum includes technique, pointe, pas de deux, batterie and repertoire, and may include additional classes such as contemporary dance.
Program 2 for Intermediate Students JULY 6 – JULY 17, 2015
This two week program will provide intermediate students the opportunity to improve skills and gain strength, and it is designed to give them a deeper understanding of ballet as an art form. The curriculum includes technique, pointe, batterie, and pas de deux classes. Additional classes may include repertoire, character dance.
2105 Summer Dance Camp
Soo Dance Academy teachers are brought in to teach classes in ballet, jazz and tap. A short performance is given on the final day of class.
Program 3 August 3 – August 7 ( 1:00 – 3:00 pm ) $150
Age 3.5 – 4.5
Program 4 August 10 – August 14 ( 1:00 – 3:00 pm ) $150
Age 4.5 - 6
