MISSION: We want to support ELD/ESL students (English as a Second Language) and help promote communication and pronunciation and understanding of the English language. We want every child we help to complete our program and enter into Kindergarten with the confidence and skill set to be a prosperous student.
 
OUR SPECIALTY:  We are prepping and advancing students to be prepared for life in Kindergarten. Our focus is academic; we will help develop the education and skills to support your child towards Kindergarten readiness. Our approach involves teaching children to become emergent readers by helping them to learn their letter sounds and develop vocabulary using picture identification with the spoken and written word. Our program helps to promote focus, observation, creative and critical thinking, and following directions and motor development.
STRUCTURE: Class is divided into 4, 15 minute intervals. Ratio: 3:1

AREAS OF FOCUS:

Alphabet: Letter Names and Order, Consonant Sounds, Vowel Sounds, Vocabulary Building
Songs and Stories: We will cover topics of all subjects (e.g science, history, music)
Phonics: Vocabulary Building, Letter Identification
Math:  Shapes, Recognize Figures, Number Recognition, Ordering, Telling Number Stories

AGES:
3 years – 5 years old
We will accommodate children at 2.5 years of age if they are developmentally advanced to engage in our program. Your child must be potty- trained.

DAYS AND HOURS:
TUESDAY-FRIDAY
 (11 A.M-3 P.M)  (1 hr/day)
