KM2A Preschool Grand Opening ($600 /month)
1190 Benton St Santa Clara, CA 95050
(408)249-9494
Our new and spacious KM2A Preschool is almost ready. We are license pending. We are scheduled to begin school for children ages 3 years through-entering 1st grade, on or before September 1, 2013. To celebrate this grand opening we are offering a special rate for a limited number of students. The first 10 students who fully enroll will get a special price of $600 per month for full-time (Mon-Fri).
KM2A Preschool is both play-based and academic based. Through play children informally learn and develop many of the following skills: social, language, mathematics, science, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Through direct instruction children formally learn and further develop the skills.
The program implements a curriculum that is consistent with its goals for children and promotes learning and development in each of the following areas: social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive. Guided by the STEM framework, and our solid understanding of child development theory and practice, our curriculum is rooted in the belief that children learn through play and direct instruction.
The environment is designed to be child-centered and to provide opportunities to explore and learn. We are also guided by our observations and assessments of children and utilize this information in our curriculum planning.
Curriculum is fluid, changing as the needs of the children currently enrolled in that classroom change
