계약서 관련 도움 부탁드립니다. 용역계약에서 다음과 같은 규정이 있는데, 이 것이 일반적으로 용역계약에 기술되는 내용입니까 아니면 수정을 요청해야 할까요 ?

만일 수정을 요청해야 한다면 어떤 식으로 요청을 하는 것이 좋을까요 ?

SEVERABILITY. If any provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid
or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be
valid and enforceable. If a court finds any provisions of this Agreement is invalid
or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or
enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed and
enforced as so limited.


WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT. The failure of either party to enforce
any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as waiver or limitation of
that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
