I would do the last one if I were you.
The last one is best if you know when is the bottom. But, there is no one knows that spot same as like stock.
I would do the 2nd one if I were you.
100k off deal existed 3months ago. you should get better deal these days. I would aggressively ask 200k off. Try it,, nothing to lose.
