Currently I'm working for a company on H-1B status.
I applied for Green card sponsored by this employer last July, and I am still waiting for DOL permission. Here is my concern.
My H-1B status will be expired in the middle of July 2005.
Do I have to apply for an H-1B renewal?
What about if I get a permission from DOL before the expiration?
I will appreciate your answer.

I-485접수를 해야 H1을 갱신안해도 됩니다. 만약 H1 끝나기전에 LC가 허가되고 I-140, 485를 접수한다면 H1을 갱신안해도 됩니다만 시기적으로 힘들꺼 같군요...
